Physical Appearance: White crystalline powder or granules, slightly hygroscopic.
Applications: Used as a pH regulator, emulsifier, stabilizer, and moisture-retaining agent in food. Also used as a dispersant in detergents and ceramics, and as an anti-scaling agent in metal surface treatments. It is used in fertilizer and agrochemical formulations to improve adsorption efficiency and as adjuvant.
